MNL is a full-service ecological restoration company dedicated to Healing the Earth. Our services include native seed and plant production, shoreline and wetland restoration, prescribed burns, conservation grazing, vegetation management, and ecological consulting. We also support solar and infrastructure projects with pollinator-friendly practices and land stewardship expertise.

Our Greenhouse team provides more than 2 million native perennials annually to residential gardeners, landscape contractors, retail garden centers, and commercial customers.

The Opportunity

We are hiring multiple Seasonal Greenhouse Fulfillment Technicians to support order preparation and customer delivery from April through October. Start and end dates are flexible based on availability.

We welcome applicants who are available for the full season as well as those who can begin part-time and expand availability as schedules allow.

This role works under the direction of our Greenhouse Fulfillment Leads and focuses on assembling plant orders with accuracy, selecting high-quality material, and preparing plants for shipment or pickup.

Some positions are e-commerce-focused and fully onsite. Other positions support wholesale fulfillment onsite, as well as include regular customer delivery routes. An additional pay incentive is available for qualified applicants who perform wholesale delivery services.

Weekend coverage may be required as part of a staggered schedule to support seven-day plant care operations.

What You Will Do

• Utilize order sheets to assemble plant orders accurately.
• Select plants that meet quality, health, and presentations standards.
• Apply finishing touches to ensure plants are customer ready.
• Support shipping and handling of e-commerce orders.
• Load and stage orders for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain organized, efficient fulfillment workspaces.
• Follow daily work direction from Fulfillment Leads and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Support greenhouse production or facilities activities as needed.

Additional Responsibilities for Wholesale/Delivery Roles:

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain communication with MNL staff and customers regarding delivery status.
• Load and unload plant material safely and verify order accuracy with customers.
• Act as a professional and personable representative of MNL during customer interactions.
• Complete vehicle inspections, route logs, and maintenance checks in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Assist with general upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, warehouse, fulfillment, or other hands-on work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform physical labor in greenhouse and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong reliability and ability to maintain a consistent assigned schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Qualifications for Wholesale/Delivery Roles:

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Experience operating larger transport vehicles such as box trucks preferred.
• Ability to work full shifts that may extend beyond a standard 8-hour day.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and respond to basic inquiries.
