About Us
MNL is a full-service ecological restoration company dedicated to Healing the Earth. Our services include native seed and plant production, shoreline and wetland restoration, prescribed burns, conservation grazing, vegetation management, and ecological consulting. We also support solar and infrastructure projects with pollinator-friendly practices and land stewardship expertise.
Our Seed Production Team grows, harvests, cleans, and prepares high-quality native seed from over 100 species at our Foley, MN production farm.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring multiple Seasonal Native Seed Production Technicians at our Foley, MN production farm. Seasonal employment runs approximately May through November, with flexible start and end dates based on availability.
Seasonal positions are primarily outdoor, field-based roles focused on weed management, crop support, and seasonal harvest activities. You may also assist, as needed, with seed cleaning and indoor processing, which includes operating and monitoring seed cleaning equipment and maintaining quality standards.
Work schedules are generally Monday-Friday, with occasional early morning, extended hours, or weekend work depending on weather and seasonal demands.
