What's the role?
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Field Marketing Events Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact events that generate demand and drive measurable pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who views events as a revenue channel, not simply an operational function.
While event logistics such as booths, sponsorships, and activations are part of the role, the primary focus is building event strategies that convert engagement into qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and directly support revenue objectives. This position blends demand generation expertise with the ability to deliver compelling event experiences that resonate with target audiences.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this individual will own the full event lifecycle —from strategy and execution to lead tracking and ROI analysis, playing a critical role in driving demand and nurturing prospects through strategic field marketing initiatives.
