What You’ll Do
- Complete clinical assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses
- Oversee/Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of staff
- Lead, supervise, and mentor treatment team
- Set and achieve performance goals with learners, learner’s caregivers, and treatment teams
- Manage and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programming
- Conduct caregiver training
- Aid in developing company policy and environment
- Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented
- Oversee and maintain accurate and organized learner notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Help develop and implement staff trainings
- Meet regularly with staff to notify any issues impacting learner progress and satisfaction
- Review and update formal documentation and plans for funding sources and company standards of practice
- Use Central Reach for data collection and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge in implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with people of all backgrounds and ages
- Ability to manage a large group of individuals
- Follow policies and procedures of MBS
- Follow and implement HIPAA Rules and Regulations, state and federal confidentiality laws

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $87,000.00+ with monthly and ongoing competitive bonus opportunities available, compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
