What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD in our welcoming center-based setting.
- Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies such as teaching new skills, encouraging independence, and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Collect and track progress data using our easy-to-use technology.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and your team to celebrate progress and problem-solve challenges.
- Continue learning through ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (required); bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare is a plus.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience with children, education, or caregiving is preferred but not required—we’ll train you!
