JOB TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
SUPERVISION: Work is performed under the supervision and direction of assigned Senior BCBA, and Regional Clinical Director of Momentum Behavior Services.
JOB SUMMARY: Momentum Behavior Services (MBS) provides high-quality, evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). MBS is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! In this position you will be working closely with a team of professionals in order to implement interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Our Behavior Technician team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
HOURS OF WORK: Full-time
SALARY: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus a comprehensive Benefit Package which includes:
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Able to provide supervision to other BCBA candidates and RBTs. Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and training in Organizational Behavior Management is preferred.
BCBA Certification through BACB, as well as state licensure (where applicable)
EXPERIENCE
Three years or more providing ABA treatment to individuals with ASD. Experience
working in the human service field and with high intensity target behaviors. Familiarity with
developmental disabilities and/or pediatrics, adolescents, and adult populations. Past work
history as a BT or RBT is preferred.
JOB KNOWLEDGE (Specific)
Extensive knowledge in implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Extensive knowledge and experience with directing and/or leading intervention in high intensity behaviors and situations. Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with people of all backgrounds and ages. Ability to manage a large group of individuals. Follow policies and procedures of Bluestem Center for Autism. Follow and implement HIPAA Rules and Regulations, state and federal confidentiality laws

Must be able to maintain high energy throughout each session based on the needs of the individual client served. Must be able to make decisions based on individual clients BIP during high stress situations. Must be able to provide constructive feedback when training other staff members. Work with many different personalities, able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude even amid highly stressful situations. Ideal candidate needs to have sensitive characteristics with a desire to help others.
