Job Summary

• Seeking a talented Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support our customers’ mission-critical operations
• The Software Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions in alignment with project and client requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications in alignment with requirements and specifications
• Develop efficient, reusable, and secure code following industry and organizational standards
• Participate in requirements analysis and design sessions with stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance existing software, resolving defects and improving performance
• Integrate software with databases, APIs, and other systems
• Use version control tools (e.g., Git) and follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Collaborate with systems engineers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery
• Write and maintain technical documentation for developed software
• Support security compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, DoD STIGs, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Java programming with experience in developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications
• Experience writing and optimizing Regular Expressions (Regex) for data validation, text parsing, and pattern matching
• Experience with entity extraction and data normalization to standardize unstructured or semi-structured information

Desired Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate processing systems and corporate normalization tools
• Experience with GHOSTMACHINE and associated schema structures
• Familiarity with language processing techniques for text analysis and information extraction

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
