The Role
We’re looking for an Installation Operations Coordinator to keep our projects on track from start to finish. In this role, you will:
- Verify project readiness by ensuring all necessary permits, approvals, and pre-installation requirements are met.
- Coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project completion, verifying that work is done to standard and ready to be inspected.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing any concerns.
- Manage details closely, ensuring every installation stays on schedule and nothing falls through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a similar role (solar or construction experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A problem-solver who thrives on accountability and making things happen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Full time availability (must have 8 dedicated hours per day free from distractions).
