What You'll Do At Monteith

You will work to ensure a safe and quality project in order to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as an assistant superintendent:
  • Coordinate schedule meetings (pull, preinstallation) with all project stakeholders
  • Secure permits and plan government inspections to deliver accurate and on-time project
  • Update progress schedule and plan for future activities
  • Effectively utilize project management software (Procore)
  • Communicate important project updates with all project stakeholders
  • Ensure a safe job site and help to manage site safety will all trade partners
  • Manage material and site costs to control project expenses

The pay range for this role is:

45,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Monteith Charleston)
