At Citadel, the masonry division of Monteith Construction, we are committed to building a team of exceptional professionals. The Masonry Project Manager role requires a strong understanding of the masonry trade, construction industry practices, job site safety standards, planning and scheduling, as well as comprehensive knowledge of building trades and project workflows.
What You'll Do At Citadel
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for masonry work.
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise masonry teams, ensuring high-quality performance and resolving onsite issues.
- Quality Control and Inspections: Oversee the quality of work, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control labor and material costs.
Experience You Should Have
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in construction project management or masonry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build relationships and motivate teams effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; project management software experience (Procore, Newforma), plan reading and interpretation.
- Scheduling Expertise: Ability to interpret construction schedules; Primavera P6 experience preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel (up to 30%) within NC/SC.

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Citadel Masonry Wilmington)
