Contract Processing Rep

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Contract Processing Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient contract processing, consumer verification, and merchant support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and inputting application details, compiling and reviewing contracts, and handling consumer verification and dispute resolution. Additionally, this position requires strong organizational skills to manage various monthly processes and serve as a liaison between the company and its merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and input application details for underwriting decisions.
  • Compile and process newly executed contracts accurately.
  • Conduct consumer verification calls and manage required documentation.
  • Assist consumers with electronic signatures and ensure a seamless contract process.
  • Review and respond to consumer disputes from credit bureaus.
  • Manage various monthly processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its merchants.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong reliability and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math, typing, and computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of credit and/or collections is a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands:

This job operates its functions in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear using a telephone headset and is required to sit for a long period while using a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 60 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
