Position: Senior Product Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week) 

Annual Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (will depend on experience)

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product innovation and execution for our new RISE platform. You’ll be paired with a Product Owner (to be hired) and own major areas of customer value from concept to adoption. We’re early in the platform lifecycle—and in the next chapter of our product org—so there’s meaningful greenfield work and plenty of room to make a big impact. It is our job in the product team to ensure that: (1) we have an innovative and forward-looking product our customers love, (2) we enable the rest of the organization to succeed in building, marketing, selling, and delivering this product and, (3) we are always grounded in what it takes to build high-quality and scalable technology.

• Product Strategy & North Star 
  Collaboratively own the vision, success metrics, and multi-quarter roadmap for your area. Partner across product to build and drive a coherent strategy for RISE. Keep a strong pulse on market dynamics, competitive moves, and customer needs. Look outside our industry for innovative opportunities and bring back the insights.  

• Discovery & Outcomes 
  Lead qualitative and quantitative discovery with brokers and agents; translate findings into crisp problem statements, hypotheses, and outcome-based roadmaps. Validate solutions with prototypes, usability tests, and pilots, in collaboration with design and marketing.  

• Execution with a Product Owner 
  Work as a product pair: shape epics, write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a ruthlessly prioritized backlog. Drive sprint goals, manage trade-offs, and land iterative value while steering toward long-term outcomes. 

• AI, Data & Automation 
  Identify high impact use cases for data, ML, and generative AI to improve agent productivity (e.g., lead management, follow-up, content generation, and workflow automation). 

• Engage with the Platform 
  Collaborate with partners in engineering to ensure vision is grounded in reality. Understand what we are building, and work with engineering to ensure we utilize our resources to build the best product we can.  

• Go-to-Market & Adoption 
  Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success on packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, and customer education. Help define adoption targets and oversee experiments to accelerate activation, engagement, and retention. 

• Analytics & Experimentation 
  Establish KPIs, dashboards, and instrumentation for your area. Run A/B tests and cohort analyses to guide iteration and demonstrate impact. 

• Stakeholder Leadership 
  Communicate progress and insights with clarity—from engineering partners to executives and strategic customers. Build alignment, manage risks, and create momentum.  

What Qualifies You:   

• 7+ years of product management experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS. PropTech experience is a strong plus. Experience with AI/ML, data, and automation is highly desirable. 

• Proven ownership of large feature areas end-to-end—from problem framing and discovery through launch and iteration. 

• Strong cross-functional chops with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at simplifying complexity and driving decisions. 

• Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and comfortable instrumenting and reading product data. 

• Curiosity, bias for action, and resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. 

• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven.
