As Vice President of Agent Experience at MoxiWorks, you will spearhead a pivotal growth initiative by driving agent monetization through targeted broker-to-agent sales strategies. This role focuses on forging strong partnerships with real estate brokers and agents, enhancing the MoxiWorks brand, and equipping them with cutting-edge tools, services, and partner solutions that streamline their workflows and eliminate unnecessary middlemen. You will pioneer revenue streams via creative approaches like agent education programs, high-impact in-person interactions, and evangelistic content campaigns.
Success in this position requires blending visionary strategy with rigorous operational execution in a matrixed organization, where you will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align on goals and deliver outcomes. As a hands-on leader in the nascent phase of this business function, you will act as a player-coach: refining go-to-market plans, optimizing processes for efficiency, and directly contributing to sales targets while building scalable systems. Drawing on market trends, agent insights, and competitive intelligence, you will develop tailored solutions that facilitate seamless adoption and upgrades, ultimately boosting retention and revenue. This role positions you as a key influencer on the leadership team, shaping MoxiWorks' agent-centric future.

Compensation: OTE $360,000 - $400,000 (base salary $180,000 - $250,000 + $150,000 - $200,000 performance-based incentives) and equity participation.
