Position: Account Executive

Location: AUS Headquarters: 10-20 Gwynne Street, Cremorne, Vic 3121

Hybrid (3 days per week)

Annual Salary Range: $90-$95K AUD Salary (plus superannuation)- $180 - $185K OTE

Your Next Opportunity


In this role, you’ll identify and convert sales leads, consult with decision makers, and maintain strong professional relationships to drive new business and revenue growth. Your focus will be on prospect management, customer acquisition, and expanding corporate/network opportunities (50+ agents).

 

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of ActivePipe’s products and solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business and upsell opportunities (“hunter & farmer” mindset).
  • Drive outbound sales through cold calling and outreach.
  • Consult with multiple decision makers, tailoring solutions to fit customer and brand needs.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customers are delighted from onboarding to renewal.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to overall sales strategy.
  • Represent ActivePipe as a trusted ambassador of our mission and values.
  • Travel across the ANZ region as needed.

 

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years SaaS sales experience (highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and convert inbound leads into clients.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
