With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We seek a Growth Marketing Manager – Real Estate Agents to lead our marketing efforts that support revenue generation from real estate agents in the US and Canada. You will develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies and programs that drive the upsell of agents from free versions of MoxiWorks software to paid subscriptions (MRR and ARR). You will take a content and education-centric approach to encourage agents to subscribe to the paid version of products, collaborating closely with the MoxiWorks education and corporate marketing teams. You will also help the enterprise sales team pursue brokerage enterprise opportunities in the US and Canada. The role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing (Demand Generation).
Key Responsibilities
- Own all real estate agent-facing marketing campaigns and engagement programs, including but not limited to, demand generation campaigns, newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, and merchandising/promotional activities.
- Support for the sales-led pursuit of brokerage opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing peers to align efforts and drive revenue.
- Drive conversions of agent upsell through highly targeted cross-channel campaigns. Own reporting on marketing efficacy.
- Collaborate with Product and UX on in-product messaging and conversions.
- Collaborate with content marketers on agent-facing content, including blog articles, social media content, newsletters, etc.
- Oversee field marketing efforts that include support for regional events.
- Collaborate with the Education team on agent webinars and trainings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or field marketing in a mid-market SaaS B2C company that sells to prosumers. Experience in product-led growth is a plus.
- Direct experience marketing to real estate agents is highly desired.
- Experience in marketing programs focusing on content and organic and owned channels, including email, webinars, events, and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.

The range for this role is CAD$90-120k depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data (our partner, your employer) benefits include:
