This is a high-visibility Senior FP&A role supporting our Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams. You'll lead forecasting, funnel analytics, and GTM performance modeling while serving as a strategic partner to go-to-market leadership.

You’ll build and manage models across ARR, bookings, churn, and CAC, while playing a central role in aligning topline forecasts across functions. If you enjoy making sense of imperfect data, influencing decisions, and owning key SaaS metrics, this role is for you.

Your Next Opportunity

  • Build and maintain the topline forecast, including new bookings, churn, expansion, and product-level growth
  • Forecast and analyze Sales productivity, attainment, and funnel performance, especially during GTM transition
  • Partner with Marketing on demand gen analysis, pipeline attribution, and lead conversion assumptions
  • Model and track key SaaS metrics: ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, CAC Payback, Sales Efficiency, etc.
  • Lead forecasting and data alignment with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
  • Support board materials, planning cycles, and long-range model in collaboration with the broader FP&A team

What Qualifies You:

  • You speak the language of SaaS: ARR, churn, expansion, CAC payback, retention, and you know how to model them to tell a story about growth.
  • You don’t just crunch numbers; you build dashboards and reports that execs actually use to make faster, better decisions.
  • Tools don’t scare you, you’re advanced in Excel/Google Sheets and have experience pulling data from Salesforceto keep everyone aligned.
