Position: Digital Content Creator

Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week)

Annual Salary Range: $78,000.00-$82,000.00 (will depend on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator to take our video marketing and social media presence to the next level. 

You’re an exceptional storyteller who brings ideas to life through video and graphics -and if you can write too, even better. You’ll help shape how MoxiWorks shows up online through creative storytelling and community engagement. 

You’ve worked in marketing and understand how video fuels every stage of the sales funnel. You know the difference between B2B and B2C social - and how to make both work. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Manager to bring our content strategy to life through video.

Your Next Opportunity

  • Create and edit videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and campaigns to bring our brand to life. 
  • Manage Wistia and YouTube - upload, optimize, and grow engagement using YouTube SEO best practices. 
  • Track results, spot trends, and use insights to inspire new content ideas. 
  • Build real connections with our community - reply, engage, and make people feel seen. 
  • Support employee advocacy by creating authentic, shareable content that highlights our people and culture. 


What Qualifies You?

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing team, in-house or agency. 
  • Strong video editing skills (we’re flexible on platform). 
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube 
  • Familiarity with Canva and other creative tools.
