Position: Human Resources, Operations

Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week)

Annual Salary Range: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 (will depend on experience)

 

The position reports to the Vice President, People and works with a team of four.  Individual will support our Australia, Canada and USA teams and other geographic locations through our partners.  Our current HRIS is Rippling and Medical Providers CIGNA/Guardian. Total headcount is approximate 250 (50% FTE, 50% Contractors through our PEO partners). Some travel may involved when necessary.

Your Next Opportunity:

  • Administer and maintain HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate employee data and transactions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for Leadership.
  • Support HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments for cross-functional HR projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships for background checks, training systems, or benefits platforms.
  • Manager SharePoint HR folders and update annual reports.

What Qualifies You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Rippling Preferred).
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR analytics a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Works well independently and is detail oriented.
  • Preferred: Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments.
  • Some knowledge of payroll administration is a plus but not mandatory.
