Salesforce Administrator / Architect

Location: Bellevue - Hybrid
1099 Contract with potential to convert to FTE  

Compensation Range: $55 per hour. 

 

As part of the Revenue Operations team reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement and the CMO, this is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to build, optimize, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem. 


Position Summary 

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Architect to lead the management and evolution of our Salesforce environment. 

 
This role goes beyond day-to-day administration. You’ll proactively design, optimize, and rebuild Salesforce to support the strategic goals of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, streamlining workflows and ensuring world-class reporting and analytics. 

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies to deliver actionable insights, improve data quality, and ensure Salesforce evolves with our business.

Key Responsibilities 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Partner with senior leaders across the US and Australia to translate business needs into Salesforce and HubSpot reporting and dashboard requirements. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to manage that bi-directional Salesforce–HubSpot integration and ensure ongoing system build does not negatively impact the sync. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VP- and Director-level stakeholders, helping prioritize initiatives and optimize processes. 

Salesforce Administration & Reporting 

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce administration: configuration, customization, dashboards, workflows, and troubleshooting. 
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity and governance across Salesforce and HubSpot. 
  • Deliver actionable insights across the funnel: campaigns, pipeline, CAC, LTV, churn, attribution, and revenue reporting. 
  • Build and maintain executive-level KPI dashboards in collaboration with Revenue Operations. 
  • Audit and optimize Salesforce record layouts, associations, flows and processes to support business needs across Marketing, Sales, CS, Revenue Ops, and Finance. 

Automation & Integration 

  • Manage and optimize workflow automations in Salesforce to ensure Salesforce–HubSpot synchronization (in partnership with Marketing Operations. 
  • Ensure accurate, standardized data flow and documentation across platforms. 
  • Support unified reporting that combines Salesforce and HubSpot data. 

Platform Optimization & Support 

  • Identify system gaps, recommend improvements, and enhance the Salesforce environment to meet evolving business requirements. 
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation as needed. 
  • Act as the go-to expert for Salesforce analytics, scalability, and reporting. 

 

What Qualifies You:

  • 5–10+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, architecture, and reporting experience 
  • Proven ownership of a Salesforce environment and integrations 
  • Experience with tools such as Gong, CPQ, Tableau, Maxio, and HubSpot 
  • Experience redesigning and optimizing Salesforce systems 
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce dashboards, reports, automation, and HubSpot integration 
  • Understanding of data models, objects, and operational flows for analytics and efficiency 
  • Strong track record in pipeline, funnel, and revenue attribution reporting 
  • Experience engaging with senior (VP/CXO-level) stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-time-zone collaboration 
  • Availability for 4–5 hours of overlap with US working hours 

Nice to Have 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification(s) (ADM201 or higher) 
  • Advanced certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Architect-level) 
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or global organizations
