With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.  

We’re looking for a Program Manager (contract) to lead the charge on product delivery. You’ll work together with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to launch new features and platforms that change the way people interact with real estate. 

*This is a Temp (contract or W2) with potential conversion to Full Time Employee. 

*Hybrid in our Bellevue WA location. We offer paid parking and weekly lunch days. 

What You’ll Do 

• Manage the full program lifecycle for complex SaaS product initiatives — from planning and execution to launch and post-launch performance. 
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. 
• Define clear project plans, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics for product releases. 
• Work with the Product team to build and maintain the product backlog, ensuring all requirements align with the product strategy. 
• Decompose Initiatives into Features and Stories that have been prioritized by Product Management and presented during Planning (utilizing I.N.V.E.S.T). 
• Maintain traceability between User Stories and Feature enhancements. 
• Facilitate (with Engineering Manager(s) agile estimation, prioritization, and planning workshops, identifying and managing inter-team dependencies. 
• Running of various workshops such as story mapping, release planning, feature/user story walkthroughs for each release/sprint. 
• Identify and resolve risks and blockers, ensuring accountability and maintaining momentum across all teams. 
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to refine scope, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility. 
• Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and confidence. 
• Contribute to team culture by bringing focus, calm, and strategic thinking into a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. 

What You Bring 

• 3–6 years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical project management, ideally in SaaS or startup environments. 
• Direct experience launching new software products or platforms — ideally in proptech, real estate tech, or B2B SaaS. 
• Ability to translate product strategy into execution plans and rally cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes. 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — you can manage ambiguity, keep teams aligned, and maintain urgency. 
• Comfortable working with modern tools like Jira, Asana, Notion, and Slack. 
• Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data pipelines. 
• Demonstrated experience in delivering agile initiatives in high performing teams.

Bonus Points For 

• Experience in proptech, real estate platforms, or MLS integrations 
• Background in engineering, product, or solutions architecture. 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or Lean product practices 
• Experience working with distributed or global teams. 

The comp range for this role is $135,000- $155,000 depending on experience.
