We're looking for a proven Account Executive who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You know how to win deals, build pipeline, and drive revenue—and you’ve done it in the trenches of a startup before.
Preferred Location: Ability to work during Eastern time zone.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of our products
- Work with Sales Leadership on sales goals, planning and forecasting, and maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, with a focus on outbound and self-generated pipeline
- Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs
- Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision-makers throughout the sales cycle
- Close net new business in a consultative, high-touch sales process
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and partner referrals
- Work closely and product teams to influence roadmap based on market feedback
- Crush your quota—and help shape what success looks like as we scale
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and cold call targets
- Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell business opportunities
- Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer needs
- Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision-makers throughout the sales cycle
- Create and maintain a real-time accurate database of prospective clients and pipeline forecast in Salesforce
- Leverage Gong to help level up your sales skills
- Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong desirable
- Previous measurable achievements in prior sales roles
- Real Estate experience (selling/servicing solutions to the industry) preferred
- Entrepreneurial and coachable mindset
- Passion and ability to educate on next-generation technology in the real estate industry
- Proven closer with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Comfortable in ambiguity—early-stage startup experience is a must
- Highly competitive and self-motivated: you don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Obsessed with winning, learning, and improving

- OTE - $150k (Base $70k/Variable $80k
- Uncapped Commission — There’s no ceiling on what you can earn
- Accelerators — Once you hit your quota, your commission rate increases so you earn even more for over-performance
