Position: Corporate FP&A Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week)

Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 (will depend on experience)

We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll partner across the organization to deliver insights that drive business decisions and long-term strategy. You’ll support forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis, helping MoxiWorks scale with clarity and confidence. 

What You’ll Do 

• Update monthly and annual financial models with actuals, forecasts, and key assumptions to keep plans current. 
• Maintain and reconcile data across planning files and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
• Support recurring reporting (monthly close packages, variance analysis, dashboards) with clear schedules and attention to detail. 
• Follow established processes and directions while taking initiative to identify small improvements or fixes. 
• Assist senior team members with ad hoc analysis and special projects by gathering data, building schedules, and validating outputs. 
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion in a timely, reliable manner. 

What Qualifies You:  

• Apply your degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field to real-world FP&A challenges. 
• Bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking to support forecasting and planning. 
• Update dynamic Excel models that drive monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and scenario analyses. 
• Interpret and explain financial statements and SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, LTV) to guide business decisions. 
• Stay organized and detail-focused while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
