Social Media Marketing Senior Specialist (via Softmax Data)

MoxiWorks is a leader in the PropTech SaaS industry, developing tools to empower real estate professionals, and helping agents find, win, and close more deals. With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents. 

 


We are looking for a social media marketer to manage our social media presence, from strategy to execution and measurement. In this role, you will drive MoxiWorks’ brand awareness and reputation among real estate brokers and agents by creating compelling, valuable, and entertaining content and deploying it across social media platforms. You will seek opportunities to make the MoxiWorks brand appear modern and engaging, creating an emotional connection with our target audiences. You’ll also build relationships with internal and external influencers and collaborate on content creation and distribution.

 

About You

 

You stay up to date with social media trends and best practices. You understand the nuances of each social media platform and make recommendations for how our brand shows up on each one. You have a proven track record of driving engagement, traffic, and pipeline influence through social media.

 

The ideal candidate will help take our brand to the next level by reinventing how we engage with our audiences. We seek a social media maven who is creative, highly collaborative, and thinks outside the box. Finally, this individual is a master planner who can manage many initiatives across multiple channels and audiences.

 

This hybrid role is based in our Vancouver, BC office (3 days in the office, 555 West Hastings) to collaborate alongside other marketing team members.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive MoxiWorks’ social media strategy, including content creation and planning. Make recommendations based on trends and audience insights.
  • Manage all social media profiles and content, including:
    • Crafting and scheduling posts
    • Monitoring comments and engaging with followers
    • Triage and responses to direct messages
    • Sharing and engaging with relevant content
  • Amplify the MoxiWorks brand through consistent social media engagement
  • Build MoxiWorks’ following and presence across the agent audience through highly engaging and entertaining content.
  • Leverage social media to make MoxiWorks a go-to resource for real estate agents.
  • Amplify the social media presence of key MoxiWorks influencers so real estate agents have a face to the name.
  • Draft recommended posts for employees to amplify MoxiWorks content.
  • Optimization of MoxiWorks’ YouTube channel to be a resource center that drives engagement.
  • Ongoing reporting on activity, engagement, and results.
  • Participate in content planning and ideation sessions.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a demonstrated history of building compelling social media presences.
  • Experience in social media marketing for brand-centric companies from industries such as DTC, fashion, entertainment, beauty, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills, a great storyteller, and an innate sense of curiosity.
  • Proficient in using social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Proficient in using creative tools such as Canva.
  • Good video creation and editing skills.
  • Real estate industry experience a plus.


The range for this role is CAD$70-85k depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data (our partner; your employer) benefits include:
