Onboarding Project Manager

Position: Customer Implementation & Onboarding Specialist 

Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week) 

Annual Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000   

Annual Variable: $20,000 (based on metrics and performance: paid each quarter)

The onboarding experience is where customers decide if a platform will truly help them succeed. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring new MoxiWorks customers feel confident, supported, and excited about the tools they’re adopting. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term growth. 


Your Next Opportunity:

As a Customer Implementation & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for leading new brokerage clients through the successful implementation of the MoxiWorks platform. This role manages the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from project kickoff through launch—ensuring clients are set up for long-term success when handed of to Customer Success.

 You will act as the primary project lead for brokerage and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing multiple implementations simultaneously.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new brokerages and agents joining MoxiWorks
  • Run kickoff calls and guide customers through launch timelines
  • Configure accounts, integrations, and platform settings
  • Deliver training sessions and product walkthroughs for customers
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues and ensure a smooth go-live experience
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customers are set up for long-term success
  • Share customer feedback with Product to help improve the platform and onboarding experience

What Qualifies You: 

  • 2–5 years in project management, customer facing technical support onboarding, implementation, or SaaS support
  • Strong communication and customer training skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical customers
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to translate technical processes into clear client guidance.

Nice to have

  • SaaS onboarding or implementation experience
  • CRM or marketing platform experience
  • Real estate or PropTech exposure
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).
