Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week)
Annual Salary Range: Base salary: $150K plus up to $100- Variable tied to $2M NLB quota and $2M existing revenue targets, with accelerators for overachievement.

As VP of Strategic Alliances and Growth Initiatives at MoxiWorks, you will lead a consolidated function that combines strategic partnership development with innovative growth strategies to accelerate our 2026 revenue targets. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will pursue high-impact brand partnerships (e.g., with major real estate brands, proptech firms, and complementary service providers) while overseeing the launch and scaling of new initiatives like Agent Monetization and UK market expansion. Emphasizing three revenue models, direct payments from partners for platform access, reselling partner solutions to our brokerage and agent clients (integrating partner technologies into our offerings)—you will carry a personal quota of $2M in new partnership bookings (NLB) and drive revenue from existing partners. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, executive relationship-building, tactical execution, and cross functional leadership.
