What you'll do

  • Deliver core employee experience services such as pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offer initiation, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new joiners to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and track offer letters, coordinating closely with hiring managers, candidates, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Issuing employment contracts.
  • Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and other departments to ensure timely provisioning of systems and equipment.
  • Support government relations tasks as needed including coordinating work visa processing.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation and internal systems are updated accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication with new joiners to support their transition into the company.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to enroll new employees in Mozn’s medical plans.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and maintain up-to-date onboarding trackers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to onboarding and experience processes.
  • Stay current with best practices in employee experience and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field, certificates are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in People Operations function or similar role
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable using HRIS and onboarding tools.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
