What you'll do
- Act as the primary presales interface for channel partners, supporting joint opportunities across Mozn’s AI, data, fraud, compliance, and risk solutions.
- Enable and onboard partners through technical training, solution walkthroughs, and presales enablement sessions.
- Support channel-led sales cycles by participating in customer discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, and technical validation.
- Collaborate with partners to identify use cases, map customer needs to Mozn’s offerings, and articulate clear value propositions.
- Participate in partner roadshows, joint workshops, events, and customer meetings to drive pipeline and market awareness.
- Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals led by partners, ensuring alignment with Mozn’s solutions and standards.
- Work closely with Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to support deal strategy and smooth handover to delivery.
- Continuously build knowledge of Mozn’s portfolio, partner offerings, and market trends to strengthen joint go-to-market execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or partner-facing technical roles, preferably in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Broad understanding of AI, data analytics, and risk/compliance solutions, with the ability to position them in partner-led sales motions.
- Proven experience working with system integrators, resellers, or technology partners, including enablement and joint customer engagements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both partner teams and end customers.
- Experience supporting partner-led RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Comfortable working across cultures and organizations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel for partner enablement, roadshows, and customer engagements.
- Arabic and English language is required; additional languages (e.g., French,) are a strong plus.
