About the role

The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Product Designer III position would play a pivotal role in the design and development of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users while aligning with our company's vision. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from concept ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.

What you'll do

• Conduct and analyze user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to empathize with users and inform design decisions.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring their voice is heard and needs are met.
• Define the information architecture of the product, ensuring clear and intuitive navigation.
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible to all.
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, proposing innovative solutions to user problems.
• Participate in the design thinking process, from empathy and research to prototyping and testing
• Stay up-to-date on emerging UX trends and technologies, exploring potential applications for the product.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Support the existing product development, strategy, planning, and execution.
• Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members, using clear and concise language.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to senior management and other key decision-makers.
• Define and track key user experience metrics (e.g., engagement, satisfaction, task completion rates).
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of design changes.
• Continuously optimize the user experience based on data-driven insights.
• Focus on specific skills and experiences relevant to the product and industry.
• Quantify achievements using metrics and data whenever possible.
• Showcase your passion for user experience and ability to create delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field(5+ years of experience preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering user-centered products.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and ability to analyze findings.
• Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g., In Vision, Framer).
• Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate design ideas to technical and non- technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for user experience and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but beneficial).
• Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., User Testing, Hotjar).
