About the role:

We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. We provide full-spectrum financial coaching and education, and we are specifically interested in CPAs or Enrolled Agents to guide members through tax planning.

●        You enjoy fast pace, can multi-task, and take detailed notes

What you bring to the table:

●        4-year degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) as well as 5+ years experience in consumer finance or tax work (mortgages, insurance, college planning, financial aid, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, tax structuring and planning, etc.)

●        Proven track record persuading clients to engage or upgrade to value-added services and solutions

●        Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits

●        Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding

●        Enrolled Agent, CPA, CFP, or comparable certifications (preferred)

●        A high level of skill and comfort with technology

●        An openness to a culture of continuous development and improvement

●        A willingness to support our members two evenings a week

●        A passion for helping people in need

Here’s what we offer our team members:
