About the role

This is not a sales position; our coaches host pre-scheduled appointments with members.

We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. We provide full-spectrum financial coaching and education, and we are specifically interested in CFPs or similar to coach in the areas of retirement and investments. 

Our coaches love being part of our experienced and professional team. We hold each other accountable for high standards and continuous development. We are people of integrity who thrive on teamwork. To be successful with us you must have

• Excellent command of both French and English communication
• 5+ years experience helping clients navigate financial realities unique to both Canada and the U.S. - especially in topics such as mortgages, insurance, college planning, financial aid, investments, retirement planning, estate planning, tax structuring and planning, etc.
• (Preferred) CFP, ChFC, AFC or comparable certifications
• 4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

• Proven track record persuading clients to engage or upgrade to value-added services and solutions

• Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits

• Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding

• A high level of comfort with computers, software, and technology

• An openness to a culture of continuous development

• A passion for helping people in need
