About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our enterprise sales team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing high-value business opportunities with enterprise-level clients across a range of industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling complex B2B solutions, is highly consultative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do..
- Drives new enterprise-level business through strategic outbound efforts, while also managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Leverages a strong professional network and exceptional networking skills to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key internal/external decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Partners with cross-functional teams—including Customer Experience, Creative Services, and Marketing—to identify opportunities for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Develop comprehensive sourcing and sales strategies to consistently achieve performance goals, quotas, and drive new business growth to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and other KPIs.
- Understand client business goals and challenges to propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepares and conducts presentations for leaders at all levels, providing insightful client-focused information and data demonstrating how our products and services benefit their company goals.
- Utilizes data-driven insights to guide prospective clients in achieving their strategic business objectives and maximizing value.
- Updates and maintains real time information in CRM to manage day-to-day activities that drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven individual contributor with strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset, skilled in analyzing complex data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
- Competitive, resilient, and intellectually curious, with established success of finding creative and innovative ways to problem solve client objections, conduct market research, provide insight and recommendations into sales strategy, etc.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in digital, print, media, marketing, or advertising.
- Technologically savvy with professional experience in consistently utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
