The person we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist with a proven ability to provide internal IT support in a fully remote, virtual environment. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting IT issues, and will ensure the technology, and the  processes and systems infrastructure, operates smoothly and efficiently. You will work to remove as much friction as possible between the team and technology, allowing for seamless workflows between teams and clients.


Job Overview:

Some things you will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborate with our teams to determine the best IT infrastructure, tools and platforms
  • Design, implement, and maintain our IT systems
  • Troubleshoot internal IT challenges as they arise 
  • Ensure our compliance with clients’ IT security policies and procedures 
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware and software licenses
  • Support team onboarding and offboarding from both internal and client systems
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies, and tools
  • Embrace AI tools as supportive resources to streamline workflows, enhance problem-solving, and boost efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven 3 years full-time experience in an IT support role
  • Hands-on experience providing support in both Windows and MacOS environments, including setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cloud-based tools, and managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Openness to AI
