Are you an experienced Project Accountant looking for a dynamic role in a growing company? MVL USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented professional to manage all project accounting for our U.S. projects. This full-time position reports directly to the CFO and offers the flexibility of remote work, with minimal travel (less than 10%) required.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee all project accounting functions for U.S.-based projects
✔ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking
✔ Collaborate with project managers and Project Controls to update and monitor financial performance and forecasts
✔ Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
✔ Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to leadership

✔ Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and forecast future financial needs to ensure costs are managed and aligned with the budget

✔ Cost Control: Monitor project costs, process invoices, and ensure timely payments and proper expense recording to prevent overspending

✔ Cash Flow Management: Ensure sufficient cash flow for project obligations by monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring they align with the project's financial plan

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in project accounting
✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken) – perfect communication skills required
✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
✅ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
