Role Description

As a self-driven, organized Implementation Associate, you will play a key role in the Deployment department, focusing on seamless onboarding, upgrades, and ongoing configuration support for automotive dealerships. You will act as a primary liaison and consultant, working directly with clients to manage setup changes with our Scheduler and Service Cart products,, and ensure quick, timely software adjustments without disrupting existing workflows. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Customer Engagement, Engineering, and Product teams, to troubleshoot issues, enhance deployment efficiency, and constantly improve customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with dealerships to manage configuration changes, integration setups, and system upgrades.
  • Support dealerships post-initial setup by configuring products and discerning customer needs related to scheduling opportunities, shop flow, and product deficiencies.
  • Facilitate clear and proactive communication across internal teams and dealership stakeholders to ensure project completion and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements by documenting requirements, streamlining deployment processes, and improving customer-facing and internal training materials.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end deployment process and assist other team members in strengthening their product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

Required/Baseline:

    • 0-2 years of experience in the automotive or SaaS industry.
    • Self-driven, organized, and strong communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of dealership fixed operations, software deployment, and customer service best practices.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience in dealership fixed operations.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Forms, Sheets, etc.), and myKaarma’s products/internal "Admin Tool" portal.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
