We are Seeking

Healthy Labs is looking for a sharp, resourceful, and intellectually curious Senior Business Analyst to join our Growth team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, solving complex problems, and making a measurable impact. This high-impact role is focused on diving deep into performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving data-driven strategies to impact business outcomes. Analysts are not just a reporting function; they lead cross-functional projects and data-driven decision-making, the core of our operational philosophy as we scale our business. The ideal candidate is part detective, part builder — someone who can take ambiguous business challenges, structure them into clear questions, dig into data across systems, and deliver actionable solutions. You should bring a strong command of analytical skills, including Excel and SQL, a high degree of business acumen, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including Product and Technology teams. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to help shape how we use data to drive performance as we scale.

Your Day-to-Day

* Own complex business problems and drive data-driven strategies by analyzing performance metrics, identifying key trends, and surfacing strategic insights to find opportunities for growth.

* Drive improvements in performance and campaign effectiveness through in-depth analysis of marketplace dynamics, bidding optimization, and rapid testing.

* Prioritize and define projects - partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Agency and Business Development to scope and solve business-critical challenges, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

* Translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis, delivering clear and compelling recommendations and presenting strategic findings to technical and non-technical leadership. Interface with company leadership on your insights and recommendations.

* Use technical analytical skills to extract, manipulate, and automate reporting, operations, and data modeling from multiple sources. Prior expertise in Python, R, SQL or willingness to learn is a plus.  Leverage your technical skills to automate operations, reporting, and modeling.

* Build and maintain scalable analytical capabilities, and support the development of key performance dashboards and recurring reports that inform operational decision-making.

* Conduct ad hoc deep-dives to identify levers for margin expansion, cost efficiency, or conversion optimization.

* Document business requirements and collaborate with teams to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, and internal systems.

About You

* Bachelor’s degree in a business, quantitative, or technical field (Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Statistics, or similar).

* 2–4 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. business analyst, strategy analyst, operations analyst, or similar).

* Technical proficiency including proficient in SQL, Excel — capable of writing queries and building tools without relying on others. Experience with Python is a plus. Proficient in data analysis and with an understanding of statistics.

* Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable stories who can simplify complex ideas - comfortable BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc). Capable of using data to tell a story and drive change.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a high degree of business acumen and a curiosity for how things work — you enjoy digging into problems and figuring out how to make them better. Able to structure and break down a complex problem into its component parts.

* Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are a team player and have the ability and desire to collaborate effectively. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

* Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

* Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries (bonus, not required).

Telecommuting Requirements

* Ability to keep all company-sensitive data secure.

* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privately without disruption.

* Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
