Senior Strategy & Analytics Lead (AI-Driven Growth)

Reporting To: COO
Location: Remote – United States
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 base + performance bonus


The Role

We are not hiring a traditional analyst.

 

We are hiring a Senior Strategy & Analytics Lead who thrives in ambiguity, owns business outcomes, and uses data and AI to create clarity, momentum, and measurable impact.

 

This role is embedded within one of our core Missions (Acquire, Convert, or Retain) and is responsible for identifying the highest-leverage opportunities to improve funnel performance, unit economics, and operational efficiency.

 

You will be given ambiguous business objectives, not pre-scoped tickets.

 

Examples include:

  • Improve conversion efficiency without increasing acquisition costs
  • Reduce CPA while preserving scale
  • Increase effectuation and retention through better process design

Your job is to:

  1. Frame the right questions
  2. Diagnose root causes across systems
  3. Design and test solutions
  4. Partner cross-functionally to drive execution
  5. Measure and communicate impact

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.


What You’ll Own

  • Own analytical problem-solving within a core Mission (Acquire, Convert, or Retain), proactively identifying the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Translate ambiguous business goals into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and test plans.
  • Conduct deep-dive funnel analysis across marketing, sales, operations, product, and compliance systems.
  • Identify margin expansion, conversion optimization, and cost efficiency levers.
  • Partner with leaders across Growth, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Agency teams to drive implementation — not just insights.
  • Design scalable experimentation and measurement frameworks (not one-off analyses).
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate modeling, root-cause analysis, scenario planning, and operational automation.
  • Build and maintain analytical assets that inform executive decision-making.
  • Present clear, executive-ready recommendations tied to measurable business outcomes.


How You’ll Work

  • You will not wait for perfect requirements — you will help define them.
  • You will think in terms of outcomes, not dashboards.
  • You will move fluidly between analysis, strategy, and execution.
  • You will use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.


About You

  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, growth, consulting, operations, or similar high-performance environments.
  • Proven ability to work through ambiguity and structure complex, open-ended problems.
  • Strong business acumen — you understand how funnels, unit economics, and incentives work.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; able to independently extract and analyze raw data.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytical copilots) to accelerate and expand your impact.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
  • Experience in performance marketing, insurance, healthcare, fintech, or regulated marketplaces is a plus but not required.

  • You primarily enjoy building dashboards rather than solving business problems.
  • You are uncomfortable owning outcomes rather than outputs.
  • You require highly structured direction before beginning analysis.
