Role Overview
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Mytra.AI is a pivotal role, directly impacting the organization’s growth, culture, and success. As a key partner to the business, you will support our engineering teams, working closely with leaders and employees to create a great place to work. This position is both strategic and hands-on, driving results through initiatives related to employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and more. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and committed to driving positive change across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Leadership & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and teams, influencing positive change and promoting a high-performance culture at Mytra.AI. Serve as a credible advocate for both employees and the company, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Strategic & Tactical HR Support: Provide strategic HR support and programs to employees and leaders, focusing on performance management, employee relations, compensation, organizational design, and learning & development.
- Collaboration across Functions: Partner closely with People Team in areas including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and programs.
- Employee Experience: Proactively identify and address opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience. Develop and implement sustainable solutions that drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Organizational Health & Development: Work with leaders to create effective organizational structures, promote organizational health, and develop diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
- Coaching & Development: Coach leaders and employees through complex HR issues, including performance challenges, conflict resolution, and career development. Act as a mentor to managers in improving their leadership effectiveness.
- Policy & Confidentiality: Support HR leadership in formulating policies, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding sensitive personnel information.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to identify trends, assess situations, and recommend actionable solutions. Partner with leadership to develop strategies based on insights that improve employee and organizational outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders and driving HR initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- HR Expertise: Strong working knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations, with hands-on experience in HR practices and policies. Understanding of internal and external HR principles, practices, and standards.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex situations, make decisions based on data, and offer practical solutions. Demonstrated capability to evaluate employee performance and organizational needs.
- Coaching & Influence: Proven ability to coach and support leaders and employees through sensitive HR matters. Skilled at influencing change and building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptability & Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, committed to delivering results.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The pay range for this role is:
145,000 - 155,000 USD per year (South San Francisco)
