Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist

Role Overview

Mytra’s Commercial team is looking for a creative, driven, and collaborative communicator to craft, share, and amplify our voice across the industry.

As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and sales teams to shape our narrative. You’ll own our social presence, contribute to and publish internal thought leadership, and help guide the design and content of our website. This is a highly visible role with the chance to build a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Example Projects:

  • Draft and publish thought leadership content with internal experts on topics like robotics, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
  • Build and manage Mytra’s social media calendar and presence across LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap milestones into website and press content.
  • Refresh the structure and tone of our website to better showcase our technology, values, and team.
  • Collaborate with our CEO, CCO, and our CoS to create investor-facing and customer-facing materials that align with our strategic vision.
  • Track industry trends and competitor messaging to help shape how we position ourselves in the market

The Ideal Candidate

  • You’re very comfortable writing across formats—tweets, blog posts, emails, web copy and can match tone to audience.
  • You’ve managed company social media accounts and know how to grow presence and engagement.
  • You’ve worked on or alongside design, brand, or web teams and can help translate strategy into structure.
  • You are energized by early-stage ambiguity and excited to build from a blank slate.
  • You’re confident working with technical teams and turning their insights into compelling stories.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content threads at once.
  • You know how to measure the impact of your work and iterate to improve reach and resonance.
  • You’re excited to help define how Mytra is perceived by the world from VCs and customers to future employees.

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 145,000 USD per year (Mytra, Inc.)
