Senior Product Marketing Manager

About Mytra

We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Mytra’s Commercial team is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial marketer to own product marketing and external communications for our robotics and distributed software platform. You'll translate complex robotics technology into compelling narratives for B2B audiences—from 3PL operators and supply chain executives— investors, industry analysts, and current & prospective talent.

This role combines product marketing fundamentals with hands-on execution: you'll develop positioning and messaging material, create customer-facing content, manage our external thought leadership presence, and coordinate PR agency relationships. You'll work directly with our Commercial, Product, and Executive teams to define how the market understands Mytra's technology and value proposition.

Example Projects

  • Develop core positioning and messaging frameworks for Mytra's Bots, Cells, and Software platform that resonate with warehouse operators and supply chain decision-makers
  • Lead relationship with external agencies—set strategy, coordinate on announcements, and manage vendor performance
  • Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers) that translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Collaborate with our CEO, CCO, and our CoS to create and refresh website & social messaging, product pages, and customer-facing resources
  • Track industry trends and competitor messaging to build competitive intelligence and market positioning analyses, informing our go-to-market strategy and sales conversations
  • Write and publish external blog content and case studies that establish Mytra as a thought leader in industrial automation and material flow

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or technical communications
  • You're a strong writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes across formats—blogs, web copy, sales decks, emails
  • You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and builds structure where none exists
  • You have experience with (or strong interest in learning) vendor and agency management
  • You've worked in B2B environments and understand buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and how to speak to operational and financial decision-makers
  • You're eager to develop product marketing expertise—positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive differentiation
  • You're organized and can manage multiple workstreams: content publishing, agency coordination, sales support, and strategic projects
  • You are energized by early-stage ambiguity and excited to build from a blank slate.

A Final Note

You’re encouraged to apply even if you don’t check every box. We value curiosity, bias to action, and clarity of communication over perfection. We work closely and collaboratively at Mytra—no one takes on projects alone. We want people who are eager to grow, learn new things, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
