About Mytra
We’re creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market. We’re focused on the supply chain industry first. The industry is in a massive bind with the continued growth of e-commerce, sharp rise in costs, and supply chain disruptions. What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy.
Role Overview
Mytra’s Go-To-Market Operations Team is looking for a collaborative, high energy project manager to own planning, delivery, and hand off of our robotics structure and auxiliary systems.
The GTM Operations team is the connective tissue between internal Mytra functions and the end user. We make sure the product is correctly commissioned at our customer sites and the end users not only know how to use the system, but are using it in the best possible way to reap the most benefit for their organization.
As a Integrations Project Manager you’ll be managing the planning and hand off of cutting edge robotics and automation systems for an early stage start up. The role involves collaborating with hardware, software, firmware, AI and robotics engineers to develop and track our product designs, as well as manufacturing and supply chain to deliver and scale the design into production. You’ll have the opportunity to own the overall program timeline and drive results across a cross-functional team.
What you’ll be doing
- Create the timeline and develop program plan for design execution, R&D build planning, and Engineering, Design and Production Validation Testing of structural and auxiliary systems
- Manage permitting and construction documents, and oversee customer requests. This includes submittal and responding to AHJs, managing the project budget, and coordinating project schedules.
- Collaborating and communicating with leadership, internal engineering, and external design resources to escalate risks and drive execution
- Tracking project progression and initiating corrective actions when risks are identified.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning build strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, structural, industrial), or related technical field.
- Experience leading contractors and sub contractors through high quality execution of design.
- Experience leading a team through daily build activities and long range project goals.
- Experience developing rough order of magnitude estimates for material and labor, using/contributing to a BOM, purchasing, and general inventory management.
- Experience delivering a high-volume product, or working in manufacturing, factory or warehouse environments.
The Ideal Candidate
- You’re very comfortable developing timelines and driving towards an objective, and have experience taking a project from kickoff and permitting through build complete.
- You are excited about working on an immature project, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.
- Uncertainty isn’t scary, and you’re willing to realize mistakes and pivot (start-up mindset).
- You’re familiar with Notion, Jira, Asana or any other task/project management platform. Being well-versed in scrum/agile workflows is a bonus.
- You can convey complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience. You communicate early and often.
- Openness, inquisitiveness, and constant ambition are important values.
