Role Overview

Mytra’s Customer Experience (CX) team is looking for a creative problem solver to help our Deployment and Sustainment teams stay on track with the material they need to deploy our robotics systems.


The Customer Experience Team is the connective tissue between internal Mytra functions and the end user. We make sure the product is correctly built and commissioned at our customer sites, and that the end users not only know how to use the system but also use it in the most effective way to reap the most benefit for their organization.


As a Logistics Manager on the CX team, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless deployment of Mytra’s robotic systems from our headquarters to customer sites. This role demands a multifaceted skill set, encompassing strategic planning, tactical execution, and adept problem-solving capabilities, to overcome the inherent complexities and challenges that arise in the deployment of cutting-edge technological solutions.

Example Projects

Coordinate the shipment of robots and associated equipment from Mytra HQ to a new customer deployment on the other side of the country.


Organize and maintain the tools needed by our Deployment team and ensure they are properly equipped in the field.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Internal Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainment to align logistics with overall customer objectives.
  • Devise and implement comprehensive logistics strategies that optimize the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness of robotics deployments.
  • Establishing logistics processes that can scale as our customer base grows.
  • Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and installation/construction partners.
  • Address and resolve logistical issues and challenges that may arise during the deployment process, this often requires quick thinking and creative solutions.

  • Experience with international shipping and customs is a plus
  • A background in robotics, hardware, or technical product deployment is preferred

Location

SF strongly preferred. Travel will be occasionally required to customer sites (up to 20%). Percentage of travel will vary throughout the year and correspond to key phases at customer sites across the US.
