Sr/Director of Business Development

Role Overview

Mytra is looking for a senior leader of Business Development to drive top-of-funnel efficiency, optimize revenue-generating processes, and build scalable systems that fuel Mytra’s rapid growth. This role serves as the strategic backbone of Mytra’s top-of-funnel functions, ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience operate with aligned, data-driven decision-making. The Director of BizDev will be responsible for integrating systems, refining processes, and leveraging analytics to optimize Mytra’s revenue engine. We are customer-oriented. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of our commercial strategy is aligned with delivering maximum value to our customers while optimizing internal efficiency.


As the Director of BizDev, your general areas of responsibility are:

  • Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization: Build and refine scalable revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track performance, measure pipeline health, and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Tech Stack & Automation: Own and optimize Mytra’s revenue tech stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to enhance productivity and data integrity.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to optimize lead conversion, improve sales cycles, and drive predictable growth.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Performance Metrics: Develop predictive models and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help Mytra’s leadership make strategic business decisions.
  • Pricing & Commercial Strategy Support: Collaborate with Pricing and Finance teams to develop pricing models that resonate with customer leadership and drive long-term value.
  • Scaling Revenue Processes: Design frameworks that allow Mytra to scale rapidly without sacrificing operational efficiency or customer experience.

Example Projects:

  • Implement a BizDev dashboard that provides real-time insights into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Optimize lead-to-close processes by identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implementing automation to improve efficiency.
  • Develop a standardized methodology for sales quota setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Work with Finance and Pricing teams to model creative pricing strategies that drive higher conversions and long-term partnerships.
  • Evaluate and implement new CRM and GTM tools to improve data visibility and efficiency across teams.

The Ideal Candidate

You have a strong background in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a fast-moving, high-growth company.

  • You thrive in data-heavy, analytical environments and can translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • You’ve led the implementation of BizDev systems, tools, and processes that have scaled with company growth.
  • You’re experienced in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics, using data to drive decision-making.
  • You have a deep understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and revenue tech stacks.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
  • You’re comfortable in high-growth environments where processes are still evolving, and you can build from scratch.

The pay range for this role is:

200,000 - 230,000 USD per year (Mytra, Inc.)
