About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Corporate IT to oversee daily IT operations,

lead a small but growing IT team, and ensure technology supports our employees effectively.

This role blends tactical execution with strategic planning — perfect for someone who thrives in

a startup environment. Experience in Information Security is strongly valued, as you will help

strengthen our security posture while scaling systems and processes.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, onboarding/offboarding,

and corporate systems.

• Lead, coach, and develop IT team members, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
• Work closely with company leadership to define IT priorities and guide short- and medium-term planning.
• Ensure reliable operation of networks, endpoints, cloud services, and conferencing systems.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, processes, and security controls.
• Partner with external vendors and service providers to deliver efficient, scalable
• solutions.
• Support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) and assist with audits, risk
• assessments, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong technical foundation in corporate IT systems, infrastructure, and support.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and controls; certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company strongly preferred.

Pay Notice

• Compensation for this position will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience level and location. The posted salary band is applicable only to the San Francisco Bay Area and is subject to change.

The pay range for this role is:
