About the Role

Growth at N3XT is where strategy, education, and creativity come together. The marketing team drives expansion by defining a new category of banking, accelerating client acquisition, and building unshakeable trust with enterprise treasurers and founders. They turn complex financial concepts into compelling narratives, working across teams to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.

We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic Head of Marketing to lead growth and brand across our B2B verticals. You will be the architect of our go-to-market strategy for the crypto, shipping, and logistics sectors. Crucially, you will lead the charge in market education—teaching enterprise clients exactly why narrow banking is a fundamentally safer, superior alternative to traditional banking for their capital.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving impactful go-to-market strategies: Overseeing audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, and positioning to establish N3XT as the premier banking partner for the crypto, shipping, and logistics industries.
  • Leading market education: Designing and executing high-impact content and campaigns that clearly educate the market on the mechanics and security of narrow banking vs. the risks of traditional banking.
  • Developing research plans: Uncovering deep customer insights from CFOs, treasurers, and operations heads to steer and validate our product and marketing roadmaps.
  • Building a B2B growth engine: Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to design market-leading, account-based marketing (ABM) and lead-generation campaigns that drive engagement across the entire complex sales funnel.
  • Owning tone of voice and brand: Developing a brand identity that perfectly balances the cutting-edge innovation required by crypto with the ironclad trust and stability required by global shipping and logistics.
  • Running experiments: Testing hypotheses and bringing analytical rigour to campaigns to inform our enterprise acquisition strategy.

What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth fintech, crypto, or logistics-tech company) with a deep understanding of enterprise and institutional segments.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven growth strategies across the entire B2B customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue).
  • Exceptional storytelling and educational marketing skills; the ability to take complex financial concepts (like fractional-reserve risks vs. central bank reserves) and distill them into clear, compelling, and actionable insights.
  • Experience with consultative, high-value B2B sales cycles typical in enterprise fintech, which involve multiple stakeholders (CFOs, compliance officers, founders) and require building deep trust.
  • Experience setting strategic direction and project-managing complex campaigns that require input and execution from cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, and Compliance).

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working within or marketing to our core target industries: Crypto/Web3, Global Shipping, or Supply Chain Logistics.
  • An understanding of treasury management, regulatory compliance, security credentials, and the unique challenges of selling trust in a sensitive financial context.
