The Role

Nativo is looking for a Vice President, Platform Sales & Operations to lead our self-serve sales and platform operations—an area with strong momentum and significant growth potential. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll be responsible for expanding adoption, improving platform client success, and putting the systems in place to scale this part of the business.

You’ll oversee a team focused on client acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing platform engagement, while partnering cross-functionally to deepen relationships, drive repeat usage, and improve platform performance. This is a visible, hands-on sales leadership role that blends commercial strategy, operational discipline, and a strong grasp of platform-led revenue growth in digital advertising.

What You'll Do

Grow a Strategic Business Line

  • Own revenue growth and pipeline development for Nativo’s self-serve platform, focusing on key client segments and verticals.
  • Manage a small, agile team responsible for onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing platform support.
  • Establish a structured approach to acquiring, retaining, and expanding self-serve advertisers, shaping go-to-market strategy while staying close to deals and customer relationships.

Drive Client Activation and Retention

  • Lead outbound sales efforts and manage inbound opportunities sourced through direct sales referrals.
  • Support your team in converting qualified prospects into long-term, active platform users.
  • Engage directly with advertisers to communicate platform value, guide campaign optimization, and grow account usage.
  • Identify renewal and upsell opportunities across existing advertisers and expand relationships within agency partners.
  • Develop scalable processes for proactive client engagement and long-term platform success.

Build Repeatable Systems

  • Streamline onboarding, QA, reporting, and support workflows to ensure a consistent hands-to-keyboard advertiser experience.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to monitor adoption trends, usage patterns, churn risks, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market efforts, from acquisition campaigns to positioning and educational resources that support self-serve activation.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Serve as the link between Client Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Platform Operations to ensure strategic alignment and operational support.
  • Act as the internal voice of the self-serve advertiser—surfacing insights, reducing friction, and influencing roadmap priorities.
  • Equip Client Partnerships and Client Success teams with guidance and playbooks to identify and refer self-serve opportunities without creating internal channel conflict.

    What You’ll Bring
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital media, adtech, or SaaS, ideally with a focus on platform-driven sales and operations
  • A track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue through hands-on, client-facing work that builds trust and momentum
  • Experience as a player-coach who leads by example, juggling your own pipeline while supporting the team around you
  • Familiarity with native advertising, content marketing, and performance strategies across self-serve platforms
  • A builder’s mindset and a practical approach to designing systems that make things work better, for the team and platform clients
  • A natural communicator who enjoys connecting the dots across sales, product, and marketing to make great ideas real
  • A collaborative style and low-ego mindset, with a bias toward pitching in, not posturing
  • The ability to shift gears comfortably between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, keeping things moving without losing the thread

A mix of entrepreneurial drive and curiosity—you like figuring things out, making them better, and bringing people along with you.
