About Nature First Landscaping:

Nature First Landscaping is a young landscaping company dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our residential and commercial clients in the Triangle. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for maintaining timely attendance, adhering to the standards set forth by the company, and open communication and teamwork with the crew that you are assigned to. Maintain positive client relationships, address client concerns, and provide updates on project progress. Adhere to proper use of landscaping equipment and tools. Report any issues or needs for repairs promptly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year landscaping experience preferred.

- English proficiency required, bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the landscaping industry and the willingness to continue learning as the industry evolves.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Mowing of grass
- Edging/trimming of curb areas
- Spread mulch, pine straw, gravel
- Blowing of leaves/debris
- Pruning/trimming of trees and shrubs
- Clean up

Compensation:

- Hourly $17-25 commensurate with experience
