About the role

• The Warehouse / Kitting Lead is responsible for printing all Kitting jobs in a timely manner so the customers’ order can ship when requested. They will also check the kitting time sheets and approve all kitting job costing reports prior to receipt, then close and file the complete jobs after receipt. They are also responsible for breaking down, scanning, and filing all completed production jobs. They must perform other tasks assigned

What you'll do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but is not limited to:

• Treat employees with respect and professionalism to assist in NCCO’s goal to satisfy customers and grow the business
• Kitting Department
• • a. Help plan and schedule the kitting room jobs to meet due dates
  • b. Update data collection time sheets in Epicor
  • c. Communicate completed kitting job information with replenisher & shipping so expedited job due dates are met
• Production
• • a. Help with production control on daily reports into the Open order report
  • b. Break down completed jobs, file green sheets, scan and attach job ticket information
• Be available to work in other areas when necessary, including the warehouse
• Cross train in the Warehouse Lead role
• Assist the Warehouse Lead as needed
• Any other responsibilities requested by the Warehouse Management Staff
• Support the packaging and shipping departments
• Assist in shrink wrap and packaging if needed
• Miscellaneous: Any other activity requested by management

Must Have:

Minimum of 1 year office/clerical experience

Proficient in Word, Excel, email, and internet use
