Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an L1 Amazon Advertising Specialist. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to learn the fundamentals of eCommerce advertising. You’ll work alongside a seasoned team to support the execution of Amazon Sponsored Ads and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in campaign setup, performance tracking, and retail media strategy. As part of the team, you’ll assist with monitoring key metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPC, help prepare performance reports, and contribute to internal and client-facing updates. You’ll also support budget tracking and collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in Amazon advertising while working with high-growth brands and learning how performance media drives sales in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon to align with brand goals and drive performance.
  • Prepare advertising performance reports and present key metrics during bi-weekly client calls, contributing to strategy discussions and informing decision-making.
  • Support the execution of Amazon DSP campaigns by assisting with audience targeting, setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Track daily and weekly advertising budgets to ensure campaigns stay on pace and within spend limits.
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into campaign builds to improve ad relevance and visibility.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy and visuals meet Amazon’s guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor bid strategies and make data-informed adjustments to optimize for cost-efficiency and ad placement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, ACOS) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Perform competitor research to identify trends and inform keyword and targeting strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product to support broader advertising initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on Amazon Advertising platform updates and apply best practices to ongoing campaigns.
  • Create and deliver performance reports that summarize campaign outcomes, highlight key trends, and provide recommendations for optimizations.


Qualifications


● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns through Seller Central, or

Vendor Central, and the Amazon Ads Console; exposure to DSP is a plus.

● Foundational understanding of digital advertising strategies, with practical experience executing

and optimizing sponsored ads.

● Proficient in Excel, including basic functions like sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable

insights.

● Experience using project management platforms such as Clickup, Monday.com, Jira

● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple tasks and campaign

timelines.

● Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting client or internal

reporting.

● Motivated to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven eCommerce or retail media environment.
