Title: Nurse (Licensed Practical)

Pay Range: $52.19 - $52.20 per hour
FLSA Status: Exempt
Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Role Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing support in a transitional housing program serving clients with mental health and stabilization needs. Working collaboratively with case managers, social workers, psychiatrists, and program staff, the LPN ensures client well-being through assessment, medication management, crisis response, and care coordination. Responsibilities adapt to program needs and prioritize client safety, dignity, and continuity of care.
