Nema provides virtual, evidence-based treatment that helps people feel better faster—and stay better longer. We are committed to delivering care that’s accessible, trauma-specialized, and deeply patient-centered.

At Nema, we offer employees an unparalleled career opportunity: the chance to be part of a mission-driven company while shaping its future during a pivotal stage of growth. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, values systems thinking, and cares deeply about expanding access to mental health care, you could be a great fit.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that address user needs while advancing Nema’s business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across growth, care operations, clinical, marketing, and partnerships to expand access to high-quality trauma care.

This role is best suited for someone who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and prioritizes effectively in a fast-paced environment—and is motivated to help build a company that puts people first.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams, balancing short-term impact and long-term strategy
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from discovery to launch to iteration, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across growth, clinical, care operations, compliance, data, and more to ship high-impact solutions
  • Stay deeply connected to care team workflows and patient experiences, using insights, feedback, and data to inform priorities and improve outcomes
  • Identify, implement, and evolve the tools, systems, and processes that make our product team more effective and collaborative
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Create clear, high-quality documentation that supports alignment, transparency, and velocity across teams

Qualifications

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 4-6 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping thoughtful, user-centered products
  • Have experience in digital health, ideally within tech-enabled services
  • Are a strategic thinker who can zoom in and out—balancing long-term vision with near-term priorities, while staying grounded in what matters most
  • Bring strong problem-solving skills and can connect the dots between patient/provider needs, internal workflows, and business priorities
  • Are known for bringing clarity, momentum, and focus to cross-functional work
  • Enjoy digging into customer insights, data, and operational realities to shape product strategy and drive decisions
  • Bring an experimental mindset and a curiosity to quickly test, learn, and iterate
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in both your writing and speaking
